Terrance Bradford is a success Florida-based entrepreneur. For the past 15 years, he has run the highly success Pro-Fit Development, a roofing company based in Tampa Bay Florida. Thanks to the hard work and dedication that he has put into the company, it recently became the first African American owned roofing company to be certified an installer for Carlisle Syntec Systems, a company that Terrance’s company is already a major roofing distributor for PVC and TPO roofing systems. Terrance’s success is attributable to his passion for real estate, and continuous investment in skills that give him a better understanding of the business. Terrance holds a business and professional management degree from Nova South Eastern University. He also holds an Electronic Engineering degree from the ITT Technical Institute. He also holds several industry certifications that include: A State of Florida General Contractor Certification, a State of Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, and a State of Florida Certified MBE. In spite of a busy career running a successful company in a competitive industry, Terrance is a family man and loves spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He has been married for over a decade and whenever he has some free time, he takes his family out for fine dining, horse-back riding among other fun activities.
